Return & Replacement

Your purchase may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product received does not match the item description or is different from what was ordered.
- The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
Please Note: Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in rural India. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, or finish are natural and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These minor differences are not considered defects.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
If your order meets the return criteria above, please contact us within 5 days of delivery by emailing support@decoramaspot.com or messaging our WhatsApp support team at +918076146508. Kindly include the following information:
- Order Number
- images of the product
- reason for return or replacement
For defective or incorrect products, images are mandatory to process your request.
What Happens Next?
Once we review your request:
- exchange or replacement for the item.
- reverse pickup from your location.
- refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, excluding the COD handling fee of ₹49.

About Refund & Timelines
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once we receive your refund request, it will be processed within 2–3 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer only and will exclude the COD fee of ₹49.
Shipping
How long before you get your purchase?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
How do we deliver the orders?
We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners such as Bluedart, ATS, FedEx, DHL etc.
Is your order eligible for free shipping?
India: All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. You can choose the online payment option to avoid the Rs 49 charge on Cash on Delivery.
International shipping charges: A flat charge of Rs. 1349 per product is applicable. All customs duties and taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer for both cases.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email that includes the tracking ID, tracking link, and the name of our courier partner. You can click on the tracking link provided in the email to check the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also use our "Track Your Order" functionality on our website. To do so, you will need to have the following information ready:
Your Order Number: This is the unique identification number assigned to your order when it was placed.
Email ID: The email address you used to place the order.
Tracking Number: The tracking number provided in the email, which serves as a reference number for your shipment.
By entering these details into our "Track Your Order" functionality, you will be able to view the current status of your order and track its progress until it reaches your doorstep. We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) , UPI and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
